How does billing work for the platforms? Each platform has its own billing model — some are one-time (MedStore App from ₹1,999 + GST), others are subscriptions priced per outlet/institute/user. Contact us for the pricing sheet.

Can I try a platform before committing? Yes, trial access is offered for most platforms via demo environment.

Do you offer annual discounts? Yes, annual plans are discounted vs. monthly billing.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept payments in INR and USD through Wise, PayPal and Razorpay, depending on geography and ticket size. Razorpay covers UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards and Wallets for Indian customers. GST invoices are provided for all Indian customers.
