REFUND POLICY

For our products

All our products are subscription based SaaS products. Each product will have its own website and will be operated under that brand name and domain name. It is not possible to pay for those products on this website. Payments for each product has to be made on the payments page of that particular website. For refund policy of those products, please check the refund policy pages on the respective websites.

For our services

We offer software consultancy services for clients who are looking for software development or software maintenance or IT infrastructure management or manage their web presence. Each project will be either a milestone based project or a time-and-material based project or a fixed price project.

• For milestone based projects, the payments made for the past milestones, are non-refundable. The client is expected to pay us after satisfactory delivery of work as the end of milestone or re-negotiate the contract.
• For time-and-material based projects, the payments made for the prior weeks, are non-refundable. The client is expected to pay us after satisfactory delivery of work at the end of the week or re-negotiate the contract.
• For fixed price based projects, client makes the payment after satisfactory completion of the project. However, once the payment was made by the client, that amount is not refundable.

Any payments made towards buying third party products and services on client's behalf, are non-refundable, as that payment will be expended immediately in purchasing those products and services.

For example, buying a domain name or email hosting for a client on their behalf is considered a purchase from a third-party. If the client wants to cancel that domain name or email hosting and wants a refund, it is not possible. So we advise clients to make such third party purchases directly by themselves instead of through us if they are concerned about refunds.
